At Al Sheikh Fabrics, we aim to deliver your favorite fabrics – premium hand made khaddar – quickly and safely across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries, shipping charges, and timelines.
1. Delivery Locations
- We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Remote or rural areas may take extra time depending on courier service availability.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 2–3 working days for most cities.
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping rate: PKR 250
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp for real-time updates.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, phone number, or failure to receive, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
7. Delays & Liability
- Bin Imraan is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once shipped, responsibility shifts to the courier, but we will fully assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
